A FEW WORDS ON HEALTH WARRIORS
Health Warriors are Barcelona-based food activists, aiming to provide access to healthy food in times of crisis for the most vulnerable people in our society.
Collecting and distributing donations from more than 140 restaurants in BCN and Vallés, Health Warriors deliver over 300 nutritionally-balanced food boxes every week to those who need it the most - mainly single-parent families, such as mothers caring for their children, and older people with mobility issues.
The boxes contain enough food for the whole week and so far, they have delivered over 50,000 food boxes that regularly feed more than 300 families a week.
