RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Returns & Refunds Policy complements our Terms and Conditions of Sale and applies to purchases made through www.barbrutal.com.
1. Legal right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within this period by email at hola@barbrutal.com.
Once you have notified us, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to return the product.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Customers may handle and try products as they would in a physical store.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customised or personalised products
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed
- Gift cards
2. Return process
To request a return, please contact us at hola@barbrutal.com.
Returns must be sent to the address provided once your return request is approved.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
3. Return shipping costs
- For withdrawals or commercial returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, Bar Brutal will cover all return shipping costs.
4. Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution, including replacement or refund.
5. Sale items
Sale or discounted items are subject to the same legal rights of withdrawal as full-price items, in accordance with EU consumer law.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return your original purchase in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
7. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days from receipt of the returned item.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
