This documentation governs the use of the website www.barbrutal.com and the purchase of products through it, in accordance with Spanish and European Union legislation.

 

1. LEGAL NOTICE

1.2 Purpose

This website is intended for the online sale of products and for providing information about the Bar Brutal brand and its activities.

1.3 Liability

Bar Brutal shall not be held responsible for the improper use of the contents of this website. The user accessing or using the website is solely responsible for such use.

 

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

2.1 Scope of application

These Terms govern purchases made through the website by consumers, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 and Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

2.2 Users

Purchases are limited to individuals over 18 years of age. Users guarantee that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date.

2.3 Products

Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may occur due to artisanal processes or screen settings.

2.4 Prices and taxes

All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT for orders within the European Union. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer shall be responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by the destination country.

2.5 Purchase process

The sales contract is deemed concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation email.

2.6 Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. In accordance with EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred to the consumer only upon physical receipt of the products.

2.7 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Bar Brutal in writing at hola@barbrutal.com.

Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customised products or goods which, for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once unsealed.

2.8 Legal guarantee

All products sold by Bar Brutal are covered by a 3-year legal guarantee of conformity, in accordance with Spanish consumer law.
