In March 2025, we finally opened the doors of our new [ad]venture Bar Super! 

Bar Super is an ode to market life, celebrating fresh products, seasonality, stallholders and their savoir-faire and this much needed direct and intimate relation with our neighbours that either live or work in the borough.

With direct views on the Mercat de Santa Caterina in the Born district - mins away from Bar Brutal - the clue is in the location! SUPER Mercado! 

Stefano imagined a 60s-70s Italian trattoria, with a Barcelona twist, where customers could lunch comfortably on tasty fresh produce without being priced out, and dine al fresco in a cosy, unpretentious setting.

Plates praise seasonality, championing freshness, lauding the true taste and texture of the products, and priced reasonably. Lots to choose from, yet not too much.
