After a first edition in 2025 that went beyond any of our expectations, we are thrilled to take Bar Brutal back to Stamba Hotel in Tbilisi, Georgia for a 2nd episode full of new faces, which we promise to be bigger, bolder and wilder. We have concocted a 2-days celebration full of music, food, art and wine.

Agenda
FRIDAY 24 APRIL
Long-time friends and restaurateur extraordinaire Brawn kick off the celebration taking over the rooftop of Stamba Hotel with a Mediterranean style supra. One long table of generous food and non-stop pouring wines laid for sharing, toasting and mingling. Local legend Moku Moku will be opening the musical festivities. The party continues as an afterparty at Rooms Lobby w/ a DJ set by Moku J.
SATURDAY 25 April
In full outdoor festival mode, we take over Stamba’s Amphitheatre with sound sculptor and music lover, Sadar Bahar, leading the way for a unique dancing adventure from 5:00 pm till midnight.
The brilliant team at Sargasso will provide nutritious and fulfilling party food.
Bar Brutal and Warehouse meanwhile will serve a selection of specially curated Spanish and Georgian wines.
SADAR BAHAR
As the force behind the Soul in the Hole movement, Sadar Bahar is more than a DJ, he is a curator of the rarest grooves. Representing a vinyl-to-vinyl ethos, he brings a technical precision and a selection of multidimensional disco, funk, and soul from his decades-long experience on the decks.
RUBY SAVAGE
London-based DJ and creative powerhouse Ruby Savage is a true dancefloor spirit guide. With a pedigree rooted in legendary labels like Honest Jon’s and Sound Signature, she weaves a seamless, high-energy tapestry of post-punk, cosmic disco, and hypnotic house. Known for her infectious warmth and impeccable selection, Ruby is the perfect force to lead the party after the Supra on Friday 24th.
SANDRO JORBENADZE
Sandro Jorbenadze aka DJ Sendnudes, a cornerstone of the Georgian club scene, key member of the Vodkast Records family and founder of Palm Structure label, will be opening the dances on Saturday April 25th in Stamba's amphitheatre.
MOKU MOKU
The 8 piece cross-genre band Moku Moku fuses jazz, hip hop, funk and rock but energetic, improvisational live shows with a genre-fluid sound shaping Georgia’s alternative scene.
BRAWN: ED WILSON & JOSIE STEAD
Brawn is one of London’s most influential neighbourhood restaurants. Known for its seasonal, ingredient-led cooking and new-age energy. Chef-proprietors Ed and Josie have built a lively open kitchen atmosphere alongside a standout natural and biodynamic wine list, turning Brawn into a contemporary benchmark where great plaster and pours meet.
SARGASSO
Brawn’s coastal little sister, margate-based restaurant and wine bar Sargasso is know for its seasonal, ingredient led cooking and rebellious, vibrant pulse of contemporary viticulure. Led in the kitchen by William Gleave who has worked in the best kitchen before choosing to focus on Sargasso, is a master of fun and refine British cuisine.
Wine
In a movement still mainly represented by men, we wanted to showcase the feminine talents that we are very luck to work with in Spain. It's with great pride that we are bringing 8 cuvées specially curated for this event by the winemakers themselves. Additionally, it is a beautiful representation of specific grapes from the spanish peninsula.
DIDO VOORMA - VINYES TORTUGA
Dido Morsink is half of Vinyes Tortuga - a domain at the foot of the Pyrenees, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in the Alt Emporda, the last Catalan east coastal county before the French border. Their wines are widely regarded as fresh, aromatic and energetic. They work by hand and remain zero-zero convinced. Music enthusiast and proud owners of a large record collection, they name all their wines after songs.
To Stamba, we are proudly taking Fixture Picture 25 (after Aldous Harding - Fixture Picture) a white wine made of Carinyena Blanca from grapes planted back in 2023. This grape variety braves drought without flinching. It perfectly withstands Mistral and Tramontane assaults. Its roots anchor in arid soils. Heat remains its natural ally.
ESTRELLA GUERRERO - VINOS POR MUJERES
Rescuing centenarian Bobal vines in Requena, Valencia, since 2022. A project born with her mother, where the only fermentation agents are the ones the land itself provides.
To Stamba, she's bringing two cuvées: El Salvaje, 100% century-old Bobal, semi-carbonic, refermented in bottle, 12 months on fine lees, and the La Carbónica, 60% Bobal, 40% Marselan, each vinified separately before blending. Old vines, clay-limestone soils and wild yeast.
NILOUFAR SHARIFI ESFARANI - NILOUFAR WINE
Surfer turned winemaker. She left her sommelier career behind, followed the Atlantic waves south along the West coast of Europe, and found her vines in the Alt Penedès. Producing natural wines in Sant Joan Samora since 2023.
To Stamba, she's bringing two.Mitja Lluna, 100% Xarel·lo, 3 days skin contact, aged in oak for 11 months, and Unknown Paradise, 80% Xarel·lo, 20% Muscat d'Alexandria, 5 days on the skins, ancestral method, disgorged by hand in April 2025.

CATI RIBOT - VE D'AVIOR
Third-generation grower saving Mallorca's forgotten vines. Her wines are called "Ve d'Avior", from times past.
To Stamba, she's bringing Escursac, from her estate Son Llebre in the northwest of the island, strict carbonic maceration, finished in clay, aged in 500L barrel.
ESMERALDA GARCIA - ESMERALDA GARCIA
Returning to her childhood fields in Santiuste, Segovia, to honor her grandfather's legacy. Crafting wines from 200-year-old pre-phylloxera vines rooted in ancient sands.
To Stamba, she's bringing Arenas de Santyuste or how she calls it "Retales de mi vida", scraps of my life, a white Verdejo from 150 to 220-year-old vines, pressed direct, part in stainless steel, part in amphora. Small batches she keeps aside to share with friends only.
LUCY CHILVERS - LUCY CHILVERS WINE
UK-born winemaker, now rooted in a 900-year-old cellar in El Bardoc, Catalunya. Crafting low-intervention wines since 2022, guided by intuition and a deep love for Xarel·lo.
To Stamba, she's bringing Nuria, 100% Muscat d'Alexandria, 3 weeks skin maceration, nothing added. Named after winemaker Nuria Renom: a love letter from one woman to another.
Art
During the event, guests will have the opportunity to experience Georgian artist Ninka Skhiereli’s original paintings at Warehouse.
A self-taught artist based in Tbilisi, Skhiereli explores the subconscious and a transcendental inner world, treating time as non-linear, where past and future coexist.
Her work was presented at Tbilisi Art Fair in 2024 by Window Project. In 2025, she held her first solo exhibition, Coherence, at Ruttkowski;68 Project Space in Cologne, followed by a solo exhibition at Window Project, Tbilisi.
In a special collaboration with Warehouse, fragments of her works have been used to create limited-edition wine labels for the event, while the wine selection comprising Spanish and Georgian wines is fully co-curated by Bar Brutal x Warehouse.
The paintings on view during the event are part of a broader exhibition at Warehouse, on view from April 23 to May 3.

The weekend opened on Stamba’s rooftop with a thirty-metre supra table overlooking Tbilisi. 120 guests shared an evening that moved from early drinks & bites to dinner. After dinner, the crowd headed to TES Club, where Lena Willikens took the night further. The next day, the celebration moved outdoors to the Stamba Amphitheatre, an open-air party for over 1,800 guests. We poured wines from Georgia and Spain curated for the event, while Zurkin, Sassy J, and Giles Smith shaped the soundtrack of the afternoon until midnight. Food took centre stage again, with festival-style stalls serving Bar Brutal favourites. The weekend closed at Left Bank, one of the city’s best community spaces and nightclubs.
